Meet Chef Adhikari
"I started Momo Mobile with a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of the Himalayas to the streets of Denton. Growing up in Kathmandu, momos weren't just food; they were a community event."
Every dumpling is hand-wrapped, every sauce is made from scratch daily, and we use locally sourced bison and vegetables whenever possible.
